China's Guangdong province bans transport of live hogs as swine fever spreads

China's southern Guangdong province on Tuesday banned the transport of live hogs to other parts of the country after two outbreaks of deadly African swine fever were reported in a neighbouring area.

Large scale farm produce wholesale market updates from January to September

 Calculated on the weekly sales of major agricultural product wholesale markets, the sales volume of edible agricultural products was 2.35 million tons in September, down 1.96% year-on-year.
